Eddie Marine forward-reverse relay boxes are replacements for their trim tabs and can also be used with hatch actuators. By incorporating one of these boxes, the possibility of voltage drop will be eliminated and the actuator will be supplied with a full 12 volts of current at all times, regardless of the length and age of the power supply wires. The boxes contain two relays encapsulated in epoxy for corrosion resistance—and they also allow the use of a single-pole switch to operate reverse polarity actuators, as well as accommodate two actuators simultaneously. Ensure that your actuator will operate at its maximum speed with an Eddie Marine forward-reverse relay box.
