Designed specifically to fit and secure tubing to surfaces in antenna construction, our Saddle Clamps are built strong to prevent slippage. DX Engineering U-bolts and V-bolts are crafted from high-strength 18-8 stainless steel with enough length to attach to thick plates. Saddles are cast from high-strength 535.0 aluminum with a rippled surface for superb gripping plus superior anti-corrosion properties. Saddles are available with natural or powder coated finishes. Need to clamp steel pipe or ground rods? Choose our V-clamps with stainless steel saddles. They have serrated teeth for clamping to a pipe or rod securely. All saddle clamps include stainless steel flat washers, lock washers, and nuts. NOTE: Due to the nature of high-tolerance metals, especially stainless steel, this hardware requires the application of an anti-seize thread lubricant before assembly to prevent galling and seizing.
