Direct Sheetmetal trunk floor panels are made out of quality 16-gauge (.060 in.) cold-rolled steel that is hand-formed in DSM's shop. Like all Direct Sheetmetal parts, they are designed so the average hot rod enthusiast can install them in their own garage or workshop.

Although DSM trunk floor panels do not typically require trimming, every car is different and some may need the extra step. Remember, when it comes to sheet metal, it's harder to add material than to remove it.
