Createx Colors offers more than 500 Wicked colors in different paint types and shades. These multi-surface, water-based airbrush paints are fine for any interior or exterior paint project. They're made with lightfast pigments and a durable acrylic resin. * Transparent Airbrush Colors: Standard graphic colors that spray semi-opaque out-of-the-bottle, with a 0.5mm airbrush tip-size. Thin with 4011 Reducer for increased transparency and use with smaller airbrush tip-sizes. * Opaque Airbrush Colors: Graphic colors made with a durable, acrylic urethane resin that cover and adhere well to difficult substrates such as plastic. Spray out-of-the-bottle with a 0.5mm airbrush tip-size. Thin with 4011 Reducer for improved flow and use with smaller airbrush tip-sizes. * Fluorescent Airbrush Colors: Neon graphic colors that spray transparent out-of-the-bottle, with a 0.5mm airbrush tip-size. For best results over plastic, wood, hard-surface and automotive, apply over a color-keyed AutoBorne Sealer Base, Aluminum and Silvers over 6013 Silver Sealer. * Pearl-Flake Colors: Pearl and effect flakes in a transparent base that spray transparent out of the bottle. Apply over a black or color-keyed base color with a 0.5mm or larger airbrush tip-size. Concentrate in bottle. Extend with 4004 Transparent Base, 4030 Balancing Clear or 4050 UVLS Gloss Clear. Thin with 4011 Reducer. * Detail Airbrush Colors: An artist palette of colors that spray transparent out-of-the-bottle with a 0.35mm airbrush tip-size or larger. Detail Colors dry matte. Createx Colors 4600 Series candy2o paints are brilliant transparent colors for your custom refinishing and airbrushing projects—and whichever candy2o shade you decide to use, it's sure to look ... well, sweet! The 4600 Series paints combine advanced water-soluble, urethane resin technology with crystal-clear dyes to create truly exceptional candy colors. Additional features: * candy2o is concentrated: Mix 4030 Balancing Clear or 4050 Gloss Clear 10 percent by volume up to equal parts with candy2o. Optional lowering of viscosity is achieved by reducing with 4011 Reducer. * candy2oo is intense: 4 to 6 medium wet coats are recommended for full color saturation. Allow each coat to air dry tack-free prior; approximately 10 minutes flash time between coats when painting in non-humid, temperate conditions * candy2o has excellent adhesion, especially with the addition of 4030 Balancing Clear or 4050 Gloss Clear, so they will not lift or peel when taped on. Apply 4040 Bleed Checker over air-dried candy2o to prevent bleeding when applying other colors or marking when taping. * candy2o works with a wide variety of spray guns and airbrushes. As always, achieving a finely atomized spray pattern is the goal. Reduce and adjust settings and psi for a spray pattern that's smooth and free of color droplets—or free of a "grainy" over-spray look.

Createx Colors 4020 Acetone Reducer is a water-based paint dilutant. It can also be used to clean surfaces of oils prior to paint application. Additional notes: * Assists drying and curing in humid conditions * 4020 is a specialty additive, not to replace 4012 the standard dilutant for all Createx Colors paint. * 4020 works best by mixing with 4012 to create a cocktailed dilutant. Diluting Createx paints with 4020 alone is not recommended, as paint may prematurely cure, seed in the cup and create cured paint particle contaminants * 4020 is best added to 4012 in small increments. Excess amounts of 4020 may create adverse reactions ("solvent pop") when the paint is top-coated with a catalyzed clear, especially when applying heavier coats with a spray-gun * Mix ratios for adding 4020 to 4012 vary, but generally: Airbrush, Mix 4012 1:1 4020. Spray-gun, Mix 4012 3:1 4020 * After adding 4020, there is no pot life. However, the acetone in 4020 rapidly flashes water from paint, so if left open paint will thicken due to accelerated evaporation * Only add 4020 to paint intended for use that day. Long-term storage of paint mixed with 4020 is not recommended * 4012 / 4020 dilutant mixtures may be stored by keeping air tight in a LDPE (low density polyethylene) bottle, in a cabinet approved for storage of volatile materials.
