Competition Engineering's bolt-in race harness mounting plates are designed to be installed on the outside of the floor pan or transmission tunnel to create a strong, reinforced point that an anti-submarine belt and/or lap belt can be bolted to. The mounting plates are made of thick 12-gauge steel and need to be welded in place and includes bolt and spacer to allow the harnesses bolt-in hardware to be raised off the floor or tunnel for proper belt positioning. Once a 1/2 in. diameter hole is drilled into the floor pan or tunnel for the anti-submarine belt and/or lap belt, the mounting plate is positioned so the plate's included hardware can be tightened. The harness mounting plate needs to be installed as per your sanctioning body rules.

Competition Engineering's snap-in race harness mounting plates create a strong, reinforced point that an anti-submarine belt and/or lap belt can be snapped to. Made from thick 12-gauge steel, these mounting plates are to be installed on the exterior side of the floor pan or transmission tunnel. Once a 1/2 in. diameter hole is drilled into the floor pan or tunnel for the anti-submarine belt and/or lap belt, the mounting plate is positioned so the plate's included hardware can be tightened. Mounting plates should be welded into place and include nut and eyelet that fit popular snap-in seatbelt racing harness applications. Please note: these race harness mounting plates need to be installed as per your sanctioning body rules.

These slotted fill plates are also used to tie roll bar tubing into rockers and A/B pillars. Stamped from 18-gauge steel, the 5 in. x 10 in. roll bar fill plates are available in your choice of 1 5/8 in. or 1 3/4 in. diameters.
