COMP Cams Valve Springs
Valve springs are one of the most critical and overlooked components in your engine. They must be matched to your cam in order for the engine to reach its full potential. It does absolutely no good to install a cam that will perform up to 8,000 rpm if you do not have the correct springs. Use the only valve springs that will give the recommended spring pressure with the valve both on the seat and at maximum lift. COMP Cams HRT Stage 3 Camshafts
COMP Cams HRT Stage 3 camshafts use the newest and most advanced lobe designs in order to produce some of the highest average power and torque available. The "Low Shock Technology" features lobe profiles engineered to maximize horsepower while improving stability at higher engine speeds. These profiles are also easier on the valve springs, enhancing durability and reducing load loss. COMP Cams HRT Stage 3 cams receive the Micro Surface Enhancement (MSE) finishing process as a standard feature to increase strength and performance by reducing surface peak roughness.
