If you're seeking a choppy or lopey idle sound similar to old 3/4 cams, you'll need Cam Motion Hotrod Series performance LS camshafts. They work great with both cathedral port and rectangular port cylinder heads and are available with 5150 induction-hardened chromium; 8660 induction hardened nickel-chromium-molybdenum; and 8620 carburized nickel-chromium molybdenum camshaft cores. These units are designed with our renowned smooth cam lobe design that provides quiet valvetrain operation and excellent upper rpm stability. If you want to hot rod or street/strip race your carbureted LS, install Cam Motion Hotrod Series performance LS camshafts.

Additional Hot Street LS features:

* Specifically designed for single plane intake manifolds, but work well on certain dual plane applications
