They're precision ground, heat-treated tools made from M2 HSS that easily cut thru the stock—rather than ripping, tearing, and pushing thru as do typical hole saws. Holcutters can produce holes 3x faster and cleaner than hole saws in sheet metal—and have a dramatically extend tool life. The Holcutters are for producing holes from 11/16 in. up to 3 in. diameter in sheet metal, rubber, gasket, or fiber materials—and some plastics up to 1/8 in. thick. Blair spot weld cutter kits are the professional's choice for removing spot welds. By cutting around a spot weld and leaving the underlying panel undamaged, the damaged panel can be quickly removed. Then, just repair the panel and replace it, or install a new one using the spot weld cutters to make plug holes for welding. Some cutters feature an adjustable depth rod that protects the underlying panel. The bits are used in standard hand-held drills.

Blair Rotabroach stick lubricant is specially formulated for use with Blair tools. It is designed to increase tool life and cutting speed. The lubricant is applied directly to the tool before cutting. Its waxy-type viscosity melts and provides lubrication to the cutting teeth. It is environmentally friendly.
