BDS Suspension heavy-duty radius arms upgrade the weak factory stamped steel versions on your vehicle. They add strength, functionality, and styling, plus correct the suspension geometry when used with lifted applications. Built from heavy wall tubing, these arms are gusseted and fully welded for superior strength, along with larger OE-style rubber bushings to isolate NHVs with zero maintenance needed. The design offers additional tire clearance along with more ground clearance over drop brackets. BDS radius arms are finished in a durable textured black powdercoat and most have lower cam slots for easy caster adjustment.

BDS springs are manufactured from high-tensile steel, and are direct OE replacements engineered with properly sized wire diameter, resulting in maximum reliability without premature coil bind. Improve traction without limiting wheel travel with BDS Recoil traction bar kits, made with heavy wall construction and internal compression springs that can be loaded or unloaded while installed on the vehicle to control axle wrap. They offer a full float design for bind-free performance and can be installed with a range of lift heights. BDS Recoil bars are fabricated from 2 in. O.D. x 3/16 in. wall steel tubing with a threaded bung welded in toward the axle and a CNC-machined end at the frame. Axle mount uses BDS's ultra-durable large-forged flex end and jam nut. Using a forged housing with large 1 1/4 in. x 12 threaded shank, a single sided snap ring, and a one-piece flex ball, the flex ends are capable of up to 15 degrees of misalignment in either direction. At the frame end the bar uses a durometer specific polyurethane bushing and free floats in the traction bar utilizing a pair of dual stage internal compression springs and UHMW polyurethane bearings. As kit components vary by truck model, BDS's tried and true high-clearance design holds true for improved ground clearance strength and off-road protection, all while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front the kits utilize high-arched laser-cut 1/4 in. thick steel crossmembers, top-mounted strut spacers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and a skid plate designed for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles designed to work with replacement/factory tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.
