ATI Super Damper Serpentine Series harmonic balancers are patented and feature grooves for serpentine belts machined into the outer damper shell. The dampers come with six outer grooves for standard OEM drive systems—but eight and 10 grooves are available for supercharger or turbo applications. Serpentine dampers are offered in a variety of diameters, and crank hubs may be fitted with a 6-groove serpentine pulley to drive external oil pumps or vehicle accessories. The Serpentine Series Super Dampers fit all ATI GM-front crank hubs and can be adapted to many engine combinations, providing maximum flexibility. They're available in steel or lightweight, hardcoated aluminum. ATI offers two different versions of their bolt-on style SFI bellhousings, including ATI SFI Standard bellhousings. The Standard versions bolt onto the face of the pump and the case finish is not as critical. The direct-fit versions indicate on the outside diameter of the pump and require precise machining. ATI Superplate Flexplates were developed in ATI's tradition of staying ahead of the rampant increases in horsepower that are common in the performance industry today. Superplates are manufactured from a super-strong material to withstand thousands of cycles. They are laser-machined rather than stamped to avoid the heat and stress stamping inflicts. The crank bolt holes are bored in position to exacting tolerances in both size and location on CNC machines. Superplates use the grip length of the crank bolts as dowels to prevent the plate from moving under high-torque conditions. Unlike billet plates that violate the "flex principle" of a flexplate, Superplates flex like OEM plates, absorbing the numerous machining tolerances that exist in our non-exact world. Available in 66 to 77-tooth 8mm pitch, and 40 to 51-tooth 14mm pitch, these balancers eliminate torsional crankshaft vibrations and feature dual-keyway hubs. ATI Compu-Flow forward manual valve bodies are available with the same features as the reverse manual units, except for the standard OEM shift pattern (P-R-N-3-2-1). Engine braking is available in all gears. The forward valve bodies provide a generally slower ET for drag racing, since the band or clutches are on in low gear.

ATI Compu-Flow reverse manual valve bodies shift opposite of the OEM units, away from neutral when up-shifting (P-R-N-1-2-3). There is no automatic shifting. They will remain in the selected gear, allowing street-driven cars to move off in 2nd or 3rd gear in slippery conditions. The governor and related components are eliminated, as well as throttle pressure, cables/vacuum lines, and linkages. All units freewheel if you lift in low gear; there is no engine breaking. (Note--all turbo units freewheel in 2nd gear, except #353400 for the T-350.) These valves are not recommended for the Powerglide, since it must pass through low to get to neutral.

ATI now offers a custom crank trigger shell option, eliminating an additional pulley being bolted to your damper. If you already own an ATI Super Damper, you can just change the outer shell to the trigger. ATI can place any number of magnets in the outer shell at whatever degree marks you wish. These aluminum crank trigger shells will work with "Flying Magnet" pickups and other trigger sources. Order the model best suited for your application.
