APR offers premium braided interlocking flex pipes in a variety of lengths and inlet/outlet diameters. Internally the flex section is fully sealed with a corrugated interlocking lining that improves flow and reliability. Externally, the flex section features a low-profile design with minimal braiding material. This eliminates common issues with other designs that can collapse, billow, rub, rattle, and fray over time. The APR turbo muffler delete pipes are designed to replace the factory muffler with a straight, uninterrupted piece. The delete pipes are CNC-machined from billet aluminum and anodized black. To ensure proper sealing, APR's engineers took a two-part approach. A Viton® seal is included and forms a seal between the base of the muffler housing and the new piece. With the seal in place and the outer flange installed, the muffler delete tube screws into place, forming a full, uninterrupted path for airflow. For a smooth, turbulence free, and leak-proof path for airflow existing in your turbo, install one of the APR turbo muffler delete pipes. The APR turbo outlet hoses replace the factory rubber hose and worm-gear clamps with a high-quality multi-ply silicone hose and strong Clampco T-bolt clamps. The interior of the hose is smooth and lined with a Fluorosilicone material designed to resist oil degradation and extend component life. EZ-Flow stepped lips within the hose allows for a smooth connection from hose to pipe for uninterrupted airflow. APR pays close attention to the airflow path and provide as few bends and tight radius turns as possible. Furthermore, the hose material adheres to its mating surface under high-temperature to help create a stronger leak and slip-free connection. APR Porsche sport exhaust valve muffler delete pipes are optional valves used with the APR cat-back exhaust system to quiet the exhaust note on vehicles originally equipped with the Porsche sport exhaust valve. Simply swap out the APR cat-back straight-pipes with the muffler delete units. V-bands and precision clamps are included to make removal and mounting a snap. The pipes are created from T304 stainless steel with brushed finish and are TIG-welded throughout. The valves are cast of APR's own proprietary design. The systems mate to the factory actuator via precision-cut brackets.
