aFe Mach Force XP Exhaust Systems
aFe Mach Force XP exhaust systems are constructed of mandrel-bent stainless steel and come complete with free-flowing muffler(s), OE-style bayonet hangers, flanges, and band clamps, plus all hardware necessary for a hassle-free installation. Offered in single, dual, or quad muffler configurations, their smooth curves and large diameter tubes help reduce restriction and keep exhaust gas flowing smoothly for increased horsepower and torque. Available in cat-back, axle-back, and downpipe-back designs, almost all Mach Force XP exhausts are direct bolt-on systems that require no cutting or drilling and include all necessary hardware for a hassle-free installation. Most also include wrinkle-black powdercoated or polished 304 stainless steel tip(s) with a laser-cut stainless steel aFe power badge. Select models have carbon fiber tips with CNC-machined laser-etched inserts. aFe Mach Force XP exhaust systems are an ideal combination of performance, fit, and value. These kits offer adjustable ride height and Sway-A-Way's mid-speed compression adjusters for superior off-road damping curves without sacrificing any on-road comfort or handling. Sway-A-Way's 2.5 Series mid-speed compression adjusters mount directly into the remote reservoir. Offering 16 clicks of resolution, the compression adjuster can go from the unrestricted, fully-open (soft) position, to the fully-closed (hard) position—offering up to a 200 percent increase in damping force with just two full turns of the GF polymer adjuster knob. aFe Control Sway-A-Way coilover kits with compression adjusters are an excellent solution for any application in which weight often varies, or that might be used in a variety of terrains where a quick adjustment is desired for optimizing the comfort level of your ride. aFe Control Upper Control Arms
aFe Control upper control arms are fully adjustable, enabling you to change camber and caster to perfectly fine-tune your front wheel alignment. When combined with aFe's extended-length coilover shocks, these control arms will allow full travel for 0 to 3 in. lift kits. CNC-bent, 1026 D.O.M. steel tubular design is an elegant yet functional approach to getting clearance and adjustment at an affordable price. A durable 2-stage gunmetal grey with clear powdercoat ensures a long-lasting finish. For noise-free articulation and durability, premium ball joints are used—and include zerk fittings for occasional greasing. Also included are billet aluminum dust caps to keep dirt and debris from collecting in the ball joint cups. The caps are anodized black with a laser-etched logo. Inner bushing ends feature a maintenance-free dual-durometer joint that's quiet and has zero bind. The outer low-durometer bushing material allows for slight misalignment, while the stiffer inner section is PTFE-lined for smooth rotation of the inner sleeve.
