AFCO Racing lightweight steel lower control arm bushings are direct replacements for standard bushings and they dramatically free up suspension travel for improved handling, traction, and a smoother ride. They're precision-machined to prevent galling and their inner sleeves resist crushing and binding, plus they have a nylon insert to reduce chassis shock. It is recommended to tack-weld steel bushings to the control arm.
