Wilwood brake proportioning valves are adjustable between 100 and 3,000 psi (depending on model) with a twist of a knob or the flip of a lever, and most can reduce pressure up to 57 percent. They let you adjust brake bias quickly and easily to compensate for changing track conditions, or for big and little tire combinations.

Q:

I have one of these Wildwood portioning valve units from Summit on the rear brake line (mounted to my ‘33 Chevy frame). You have a power brake booster/Master Cylinder combo I’m thinking of buying. It shows it comes with a “classic proportioning valve” set up, the kind that mounts to the Master cylinder. Do I need both proportioning valves or will the Wildwood valve I have on the rear brake line be sufficient. Thank you. Long Time Customer G.

Just the 1 is enough. Just verify the yout out of the master cylinder see if ports are 50/50 or 60/40

How do mount the product? I know it will replace the non adjustable GM style value that is attached to the master cylinder. Is there a bracket for this this valve

Mine valve did not come with a mounting bracket. It has two thru holes as seen in the photo.

Needed this for a 5 lug conversion a Fox body Stang. Everything is marked clearly, knob turns easily for me. Start at 50/50 and change AFTER you do a hard brake, somewhere safe, like a big parking lot. I have suggested this part to many people, its that good.
