Tenhulzen two-wheel alignment systems allow for easy accurate alignment at your shop, driveway, or on the track. These units combine camber measurements within 0.1 degrees, caster plates integrated into the product, and toe measurements within 1/32 in. The two included tape measures attach through slits in the toe plates for secure and accurate dimensions. Tenhulzen two-wheel alignment systems help your vehicle roll straight and true.

Excellent Product if you are savy with vehicles!!!

After Replacing the entire front end of my 91 F150 ( Ball Joints, Tie Rods, New red Head Gear box, Borguson Steering shaft) i brought it in town to get aligned with a digital alignment system. (they let me watch them cause i wanted to see how the alignment process worked and according to there machine it was on the money which is why i didnt want to bring it back). Driving to the shop it was not great but able to keep on the road with how i set it after new parts install. After a two hour alignment job i went home. The truck was barely able to stay on the road. I was basically in outrage mode with all the new parts and started looking through summit to see if i could do this myself. Thats when i found this system so i bought it and hooked it up. Video instructions are ok and quality is decent, you need to be very careful with it since it can get bent. The truck ended up being toed in by almost 1/4" and i set it to vehicle specs and it drives great now. The total time for me to fix there mistake was 15 minutes after watching videos. This was the third time in a year the truck has been in for alignment problems and thats when i replaced every moving front part including the radial mounts. I dont let anyone touch my vehicles now. I also did a 03 tahoo in an hour with caster, camber and toe and it drives great now. The design of this device is beautifully simple and effective. It aligns wheels faster than using parallel strings and is much easier to use. It is accurate. It is rugged. And it is inexpensive! My only question is why it has taken so long for truly outstanding alignment tool like this to hit the market? As a mechanical engineer, I am very hard to please. But I simply cannot cannot find any fault with the operation and design of this product. For the non-professional mechanic, who needs an affordable alignment tool it is simply the best. The only minor detail I would change would be to the finish. The grained finish is rather rough and it tends to hold oil and dirt. It will catch and pull lint off the rag used to wipe it clean. If the graining were done with a finer sanding belt, it would be smoother and not have this issue. But let me stress that this is a very minor issue that does not adversely affect the performance of the unit. Its performance is superb. ...read more

I have taken my car (62 Thunderbird) to have wheel alignment done - 5 times over a couple of years I was not happy with the result. Last effort the 'expert' sent me away after I took day off work and the car was worse than when I took it there. Purchase of these plates meant I could make changes and try them out in my own time. Adjusted toe since it was pulling right savagely and what you you know, after using the tool it tracks as straight as an arrow. I have checked but not changed camber and caster I could check but in these old cars not much can be changed. I would recommend for older cars, not sure about newer but the concept is identical so should be fine if you have a workshop manual to suit. ...read more
