Sealed Power engine kit gasket sets are perfect for a high performance or stock rebuild. These proven replacement parts are the result of nonstop product development efforts, dedicated to putting only the absolute best on the street. Federal-Mogul engineers design and validate all components to accommodate repowering engines due to wear. By leveraging this expertise, Sealed Power components ensure unmatched performance and reliability.

Engine kits typically include head gaskets, intake manifold gaskets with exhaust crossover provisions, exhaust manifold gaskets, and all of the associated gaskets needed to complete your rebuild. Engine kit gasket set numbers that include a "T" suffix indicate that the set contains Fel-Pro PermaDryPlus (PDP) gasket technology where needed. Depending on application, sets may contain one-piece PDP oil pan gaskets, PDP valve cover gaskets, and PDP water outlets in one convenient package. Rely on Sealed Power products for your next engine rebuild or repair.

Features include:

* Leading-edge materials
* Provides the exact gaskets the application requires
* State-of-the-art ISO and QS-certified manufacturing
* Exacting tolerances

Answer This Question

This states that it will fit a " thin front seal " . My application does come up in the app guide , but I do not know if mine is a thin seal or not . 1964 Corvette 327 . How will I be sure this will fit my Corvette ?

Asked by JOE on March 11, 2018

Thank you for your question. The Sealed Power 260-1000AT engine gasket set will fit your 1964 Chevrolet small block 327 engine with the factory timing cover. Some late-model and aftermarket timing covers require the use of a thick front seal where the timing cover meets the oil pan.

Kit and material looks great but I think it was lacking some instructions from Seal Power. Tried to follow up with question on Seal Powers site but never received an answer back from them one way or another. Summit handled order great...disappointed in lack of follow up from Seal Power. Have not installed yet
