SCS Gearbox 10-Spline Professional Series Quick-Change Gears

SCS Gearbox 10-Spline Professional Series quick-change gears have been the proven leader in ultra-high performance quick-change gearing since 1987. They're made of 9310 aircraft alloy for maximum strength and are crown-shaved (ground before heat-treating) to minimize backlash and run out, broached for proper shaft fit, and black oxide finished. Gear sets #1 thru #30K are max lightened with the exception of #15K. The gears are lightened where possible, without sacrificing the strength for an average weight savings of 1 1/2 lbs.! The SCS Gearbox 10 spline Professional Series quick-change gears' extra five-step heat-treating process yields maximum gear life for high-stress applications such as Big Block Oswego Super Modifieds, World of Outlaw Sprint Cars, and IROC Series Cars.
