Oracle SMD halo kits circle your headlights with brilliant LEDs. Not one, but hundreds of high-quality, Bridgelux LEDs surround your headlights for head-turning looks. Oracle uses a special type of LED surface mount diode (SMD) that produces intense bright light while consuming very little power. The SMD chips are installed on sturdy PCB (printed circuit board) that's six layers thick and are mounted easily using 3M self-adhesive tape backing.
