Cut stock muffler an removed tail pipe.Put on my jones full boar and she sounds perfect nice low tone rumble,at idle.sound better that a 40s 2chamber flowmaster,to me anyway.while driver she sounds even better.Not to Loud no thin can ringing.feels like it help with performance too. Great price great muffler.

I put these Full Boar Flow Deflector mufflers on my sons 1979 F250 with 460 engine and they sound fantastic! These mufflers produce a powerful deep tone which reminds me of the old round Thrush mufflers from the early days. To my son, they sound so good, he just cant keep his foot out of the accelerator. The awesome sound is so exilerating it will literally make you blow your engine so be sure to run an RPM limiter! I like to put Jones glass packs turned around backwards in front of my mufflers which dials in a luxurious note. You can have it your way because Jones makes affordable high quality exhaust products right here in USA ! I have used Jones for years and continue to enjoy them.
