the steering Wheel Column shaft has to align with notch on main mounting hardware plate. The Shaft notch must be at 12.00 oclock

if the holes don,t line up ,do what i did i marked the holes for the steering wheel that you are going to use,then drill and tap them so it will fit,jimmy

Is this item available in chrome

Have not seen the chrome, the black piece is the only exposed part and you can always have that piece chromed.
