Designed and calibrated from Edelbrock for use in marine applications, these Edelbrock carbs comply with U.S. Coast Guard safety standards. Cast surfaces are protected by a Chromate conversion coating which is used as a corrosion inhibitor. Other features include modified bowl venting, specially designed throttle shafts, an accelerator pump seal, a 3/8 in. inverted flare fuel inlet fitting, tube in airhorn for fuel pump vent, a 5 1/8 in. flame arrestor flange, a universal throttle lever, and revised secondaries for improved transient performance. Also included with every Edelbrock carburetor are instructions for installation, set up, and basic tuning.

Yes for your fuel to oxygen regulator you can boost your oxygen input to compensate the difference in altitude.

I have a Mercruiser 5.7LX with Thunderbolt V ignition on a 27 ft cruiser. My carb is a Weber 9781 equiped with 4 .120 jets. There is a litle black smoke coming out of the echaust. Are these jets appropriate? If not, will Edlebrock jets fit in my Weber and what size to choose?

Edelbrock will suggest for you to re-adjust the float level to 7/16" using a drill bit half way under the float, before the drill bit raises the float, before you change the jets, ad your distributor timing, should be a minimum of 10-12 degrees advanced...
