System capacity is 8 quarts, which is oil pan capacity plus filter. Sump dimensions are 7 1/2 in. deep, 13 3/4 in. wide, and 12 in. long. Designed to fit most applications, including front steer chassis with aftermarket or Camaro front-ends. May not fit 4WD models due to the oil pan kickout.

No starvation! Canton Racing road race oil pans feature their competition baffling system of trap door baffles and/or slosh baffles. These systems flow oil to the pickup compartment and then keep it from flowing or sloshing away from the pickup during turns, acceleration, and braking. Their wide, low-profile sumps deliver maximum oil capacity and ground clearance. Many pans also include provisions for an optional pan mounted dipstick and a magnetic drain plug.
