Your alternator is designed to put out a specific voltage to your electrical system. The problem with this is when there is a greater demand on the electrical system, such as during wide-open-throttle, the alternator tends to fall short on delivery. Decreased system voltage, when you need it most, causes less than adequate fuel pump flow and ignition spark.
Caspers Electronics V-Plus volt boosters overcome this inadequacy by increasing the system voltage by 2.2 V at approximately 70 percent throttle, resulting in increased fuel delivery, hotter spark, and greater overall performance! V-Plus boosters are available in different designs to cover several applications. Choose the right V-Plus harness for your vehicle.
