BAK Industries BakFlip F1 tonneau covers are constructed with a fiberglass-reinforced polymer top and an aluminum underside. This gives them exceptional strength--a 400 lb. weight capacity, from a 50 lb. cover! The core is high-density EPS and stays cool to the touch. They have a great looking, fiberglass, UV-treated, powdercoated finish that stands up to years of use and exposure. Installation is nearly effortless--BakFlip F1s install in less than 45 minutes, with no drilling required, and can be removed in about 2 minutes! These covers feature newly designed rubber side seals that attach with a tongue and groove system, not tape. Their reinforced aircraft-grade aluminum panel frames feature integrated drain channels. All frame components are constructed from glass-filled nylon, and they're never painted, so no screws will peel or rust! BakFlip F1 tonneau covers' modular locking arm keeps these covers up and allows you to drive with the covers open when needed.
