aFe Rebel XD Series Exhaust Systems

Designed for diesel pickups, aFe Rebel XD Series exhaust systems perform as well as they look. Made with mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing to improve exhaust flow for more horsepower, torque, and lower EGTs (exhaust gas temperatures), Rebel XDs are MIG-welded for durability and include high-quality hardware to provide a quick, hassle-free installation. Finished with dual polished or black stainless steel tips with intercooling vents, they are the perfect combination of performance, value and style.

* DPF-back (diesel particulate filter) and downpipe-back styles
* Stainless steel construction for endurance
* Smooth transition bends for low turbulence and lower EGTs
* Mufflers use a straight-through perforated core with heat-resistant packing to reduce backpressure and maximize flow
* Intercooled tips reduce EGTs at the tailpipe
* Tips badged with laser-cut, riveted-on aFe logo plates
* OE-style bayonet hangers stabilize pipe location
* Bayonet tips hold hanger bushings in place for an OE-style fit
* OE mounting locations used for hassle-free installation
* High-quality band clamps for leak-free 360 degree sealing
* Some cutting may be required on some cab configurations
