Holley carburetor bypass style fuel pressure regulators are designed for systems that require a return line back to the tank. They're used for carbureted applications only, and are preset at 7 psi. The regulators are made of aluminum and feature a natural or black finish.

No, this regulator is only to regulate from 3 to 7 lbs. sounds like you need a regulator for a fuel injection fuel system

Yup. It will do this with no problem. I'm running a 110psi pump regulated to 7 psi with this part. Zero issues.

Yes but you are going to have to have a big return line and inlet back to your gas tank and do some tuning-

I have a electric fuel pump that puts out 14 psi 1/2 inch main fuel line and 5/16 return line and will not adjust below 12 psi returned one thought it was bad and put the new one on same result checked my guage changed it not the problem unhooked the return free flowed it to see if 5/16 was to small of a return not the problem reversed the inlet and outlet just in case it was mismarked nope not it
