Hello Willie, Edelbrock 1221 can be used without any Spacers, for the 1207 you will need Spacer # 8093 1/2" tall....

I bought this air cleaner to mount on my new Edelbrock AVS2 carburetor and lit doesn’t fit. There is something different in the design of the carburetor that it won’t allow the air cleaner to seat fully. If it would seat it would seat so low that it would interfere with the throttle linkage. I’d be happy to listen to any suggestions you might have on another Edelbrock chrome air cleaner. Thanks, Ray
