QA1 Suspension Systems for 1965-72 Ford F100 Now Available at Summit Racing

Think you can’t make a 1965-72 F100 handle like it’s on rails? Bolt in QA1’s front and rear suspension conversion kits and that’s exactly what your truck will do.

Front Coil-Over Conversion Kits
Ditch your wonky Twin I-Beam front suspension for QA1’s coil-over conversion kit. Kits with standard spindles are adjustable to provide three to five inches of drop; kits with drop spindles provide five to seven inches of drop. What’s more, the conversion is narrower than the popular Crown Vic front suspension swap, allowing you to choose larger wheels and tires. The QA1 conversion also shaves 150 pounds of ugly steel off the front end.

• Choice of single- or double-adjustable coil-over shocks
• Choice of 400, 500, or 600 lb. coil springs
• Upper and lower tubular control arms
• Upper and lower crossmembers
• Rack and pinion steering
• Stock or drop spindles
• All required hardware

Rear Suspension Conversion Kits
These bolt-in kits have a GM-style torque arm design that maximizes performance without the inherent binding issues of other four-link systems. The major benefit of the torque arm design is that each component performs one function, providing superior suspension for better handling and a smooth ride.

• 4” to 7” of ride height adjustment
• Choice of single- or double-adjustable coil-over shocks
• Choice of 170, 200, or 250 lb. springs
• Adjustable trailing arms and Panhard bar
• Kits include torque arm crossmember, brackets, and hardware

Summit Racing also carries QA1 sway bars to reduce body roll, plus motor mounts that let you drop in a Ford small block, 390-428 FE, or 5.0L Coyote. We even have motor mounts for GM LS engines if you’re willing to be (really) different.
