Meziere True Start high torque starters are recommended for all high-compression, large cubic inch engines and supercharged applications. These Meziere high torque starters use an optimized gear reduction to provide maximum engine cranking speed. The innovative billet aluminum head design provides the strongest drive gear support without an external nose support. The starter block features a full 360 degrees of clocking positions in 10 degree increments. The massive 9310 heat-treated, lock-up sprag and large rollers provide the strongest possible clutch mechanism in the industry. Meziere True Start high torque starters are available in offset designs to clear most kickout-style oil pans.
