Summit® performance fit radiators feature a quality aluminum core with aluminum or plastic tanks (depending on the application) and are designed to fit your vehicle. They offer improved heat dissipation over OEM radiators, and some models are available with a built-in automatic transmission cooler. Modifications may be required when installing Summit performance fit radiators. Designed for use with electric fans, the OEM fan shroud is not compatible with these radiators in most applications.

Very good cooling for the money

Summit RacingSummit Racing Verified Purchase

I have this radiator mounted in a '71 Mustang with a 408 stroked Windsor generating roughly 550 hp. Even in the hot desert heat of southern Arizona, this radiator easily keeps up. It is American made by Northern and the quality is very high. A word of caution however: I had to replace mine prematurely due to galvanic corrosion that occurred within the 1st 1000 miles of use. Use of a sacrificial anode in place of the petcock easily resolves this issue, if it exists. more
