These hand-assembled headers feature flanges that are precision laser-cut from 3/8 in. thick steel plate. A weld bead is built up and ground to a uniform thickness that's so precise, all you'll need is a bead of Permatex Ultra Black gasket maker silicone--no gaskets are required! Plus, these blockhugger headers will afford you that extra bit of clearance needed for your complex steering setups and narrow frame rails, while still allowing for adequate spark plug clearance.
