Rage Powersport sport motorcycle carriers are much easier to use and store than a trailer. Sport motorcycle carriers offer extra-wide platforms and super-long loading ramps for easy loading and unloading. Their integrated wheel chock holds your bike upright to make fastening tie-downs easy and provides greater front-wheel stability. The carrier frame is constructed from black powdercoated steel, while the track is manufactured from aluminum. This makes them extremely durable, and yet lightweight. An included anti-tilt device keeps the sport motorcycle carriers stable and wobble-free.

Cheaply made

Summit RacingSummit Racing Verified Purchase

The item was shipped in a flimsy cardboard box and arrived with one of the pieces bent. I was able to straighten it in a vice. Also, there were two places where a sliver of steal was hanging off with unpainted metal beneath. There are several chips in the powder coating that have already begun to rust and it hasn't even left my driveway yet. Great design but poor quality. ...read more

Excellent!

My wife bought this for me for Christmas 2013. I just used it the other day to transport my Honda Rebel to the shop. GREAT PRODUCT! I added stop, tail and turn signal lights to it for added safty!

Nice alternative!

I used to have 6' x 10' open trailer that I'd use for various reasons but I ended up selling it to a buddy that needed it more. Since I only have 1 sportbike now, this seemed like a good alternative. So far, so good. I assembled the carrier in about hour, alone, and was able to mount and strap down my RC-51, alone. It's going to take a little getting used to not having a full trailer floor per se to maneuver around while strapping the bike but that's to be expected. On my first trip, a short one of only about 30 minutes, the bike didn't move a bit. I'm using a 2001 Chevy Suburban so I didn't expect any. I'd recommend this carrier to anyone that doesn't want/need to go through the trouble of tagging and paying for a trailer. ...read more

Good solid carrier

Summit RacingSummit Racing Verified Purchase

The order from Summit Racing came very quickly. The box came a bit smashed but the product inside was fine. All of the hardware pieces were included. No trips to the hardware store to assemble it. I thought the quality of the product was good. I hauled a new KLR650 on it and it held up just fine. That's about the limit the unit will hold. The KLR is 430lbs. It has some flex in it but not bad. The square anti-tilt device is worthless but not necessory if you bolt it to the receiver. The paint job is poor and it will be rusty in no time, but it's not a deal killer. In all I'm happy with the purchase. ...read more
