For a professional looking paint job on your vehicle, you first need to prime the surface properly with Rust-Oleum sandable primers. These primers provide a tough, rust-inhibitive base for most brands of automotive lacquers and enamels. They can be applied by brush or with a spray gun applicator. If using the spray gun method, be sure to first strain the sandable primers through a fine screen before pouring them into a spray cup for easier product application.

Very poor brushing qualities. With the acetone base it should be sprayed. The color dries to dark grey not black. I would not buy this product again.
