These Moog cargo control coil springs are designed as a direct fit for your vehicle. They are made from high-quality steel and are painted black for durability. These springs are ideal upgrades for vehicles that carry heavy loads. They are variable rate springs that change resistance as they compress, and they become progressively stiffer as the load increases. These cargo coil springs automatically adjust to changing load conditions to maintain proper chassis height and smooth ride characteristics.

worked great

I was skeptical on whether my ride height would be adequate. But after installing them I hade a 1-1\2 inch lift. They are thicker than the stock springs and tend to hold the height better. On mild roads with nothing in the trunk ride is great. I can fully load the trunk and with two people in the backseat I don't chunk my tires.

Coil springs

Summit RacingSummit Racing Verified Purchase

I did alot of research and picked these rear coils for my 72 cutlass. I have a 29x12.5 mickey on a 15x10 5.5bs with a 1/4" spacer. It looked like I couldve put 35" tires on the back of my car. These coils cant really be cut. Did some more research on forum and what not. Used a Qa1 2.5"x12" coilover coil spring and the ride height is sick!

MOOG is GREAT !!!

Summit RacingSummit Racing Verified Purchase

I was very happy to get my new springs at a great price. My rear springs had been cut before I bought the car, so I was happy to replace them with new. I do not fell however that they raised the car in the rear but, they are much better for ride and handling.

Great Springs!

If your looking for a stiff spring these are it. They are a little harder to get into position, you will need a prybar. Once there in they seem to fit perfect. The stock height springs seemed way too loose, when the car was jacked up they came off the top mount. These cargo springs give you about one inch of lift. These seem to be just right for the a body. ...read more
