These Hotchkis Sport Suspension heavy-duty shackle kits are designed to replace bent, rusty, broken, or old OEM shackles. They are manufactured using 0.250 in. steel and are finished in gloss black powdercoat. The shackles feature specially designed bolts by Hotchkis and have been machined as direct copies of the original shackle bolts. They use a large machined shoulder that acts as the bushing sleeve and are machined down to lock the opposite shackle plate in position. The Hotchkis Sport Suspension heavy-duty shackle kits include Grade 8 hardware, nylon locknuts, polyurethane bushings, and grease.
