Upgrade your old carburetor with the proven-performance of Holley 4160 4-barrel carburetors. These Holley non-adjustable float carburetors are equipped with Tru-Set needle and seats, which eliminate the need for external adjustments and allows for easier "bolt-on-and-go" performance. The floats have been factory-set for optimum fuel levels at 3 to 6 psi of fuel pressure and should never need adjustment. They feature a new refined appearance on their float bowls, main bodies, and vacuum secondary caps along with having upgraded choke caps for smoother engine warm-up and better cold drivability. Bolt-on installation with improved performance and appearance; no wonder when car guys think of carburetors, they think of Holley 4160 carburetors!

Holly 80457 carb

Had this carb on a 350 x 375 hp chevy engine and it works super great..But will not fit a Elderbrock performer intake ?? But it is awsome on a stock intake,anyway..

I decided to replace both the intake and two barrel factory carb on my 1970 Mustang Convertible. Original carb was acting up. Bought an Edelbrock Performer Intake and this 600CFM Holley to solve the problem. Picked this Holley because of the "Ford" kick down application it came with. The original Throttle cable bracket(and I had the 4=barrel version as well) would not work with this Holley. Had to buy and aftermarket Bracket. The factory Kick down level wouldn't reach the attaching position on the Holley, so had to buy an extension for that. Also had to buy a kick down assembly to fit onto the Holley, because it doesn't come with it. Holley had a major bog right after idle. Discovered that the 6.5 Power Valve wasn't letting in enough gas for the stock 302 2V v8!! watched one of the Holley video's on their site, and found out that I needed an 8.5 Power Valve to let more gas in for the transition from primaries to secondaries. Solved the problem. Nice looking carburetor that works fine after quite a bit of research and a bit of fine-tuning. The Holley videos on their(Holley) site proved to be very educational! Without these videos I'd have had a big problem that could only have been solved by folks that really knew this carburetor! I was going to give 4 stars instead of 5, but I realize that this carb could be used for quite a few different applications, and there is no such thing as a carb that works 100% perfectly out of the box for every application. One big negative, not on the carb, but on the electric choke in general! Again, the electric choke is an attempt at a "general fix" for all applications! The electric choke has almost no concern for how warm your engine is! If you drive your car to the store, spent 10 minutes inside, this choke comes on the instant you get into the car and start it! You have to wait 4-5 minutes at high choke idle, so that the electric choke warms up to bring the idle back down to normal! I've found myself leaving the ignition key in the accessory position turned on in the car when I have to run in somewhere for 5 minutes! Not good! I think my next move is to find a exhaust manifold heat element type choke to go on this carb! The electric choke is a nightmare for a car that is used for normal usage! ...read more

Fit right on my 86 Bronco. Had to play with the fuel line connect but once completed just turn key and started right up. No adjustment needed. Should of put this carb on years ago.
