These Performance Improvement cylinder heads from Ford Racing are current-production 4.6L SOHC 2V Romeo engine heads, and they're great for custom engine builds, too. These heads are fully machined and assembled with a production Mustang GT valvetrain and camshaft. They're also affordable--they cost less than most aftermarket performance heads, and are cheaper than replacing your valvetrain and re-machining used heads.
