I bought this because I was replacing the rubber hose from my pump to carb with a hard line. The two sealing faces were actually out of square by .015, it was also about .100 wider than the original inlet fitting that was for a rubber hose. So you pretty much have to buy another banjo bolt or else the stock one will only thread on about 1 and 1/2 turns. Luckily I am a machinist so I could take it to work and mill the thickness down which solved both the larger width problem and the fact that it was out of square. If I were to do it again I would buy the more expensive 90 degree elbow that threads into the carb. more
