Easy, effective.

I put this in my '73 f100 which is running on the original build. It noticeably smoothed out the engine and improved starting. It was also very easy to install. No more points to mess with!

I upgrade my 1966 Ford F250 pickup with a 352 v8 found the grommet they supply.there's no way you could get the grommet to fit the distributor hole, screws 8/32 to hold down distributor plate are to long and need to be cut down, other Than that it was to do easy to perform started right up.

Good Value for the price

Easy to install, and the price was better than other Ignition Conversion kits, while having the same features. Instructions could have been a little more detailed, but did the job. As always Summit customer service is second to none!

Whats not to like?

Summit RacingSummit Racing Verified Purchase

Installed on 1967 Ford FE 390GT. To start with, I am no longer concerned with points and condenser. Install was easy, with the distributor still in the car. Instructions are clearly written and easily followed, including testing for resistor wire, which mine had. All parts needed for install are included.Taking our time we finished in just over an hour, could do it again in about half that time. Engine fired right up and timing needed tweaked a little. Better starts when hot, smoother idle and power through RPM ranges. ...read more
