Overall the hitch is just fine. The installation required a little extra effort. the opening dimension of the hitch to car frame was a little to small. hitting it with a large rubber mallet did not help. only when I put a jack under the hitch and let the weight of the vehicle push down on the opening did it slide into place. delivery was on time. ...read more
