These AFR 180cc SBC Eliminator street heads are available in your choice of straight or L98 angle plug versions. AFR 180cc heads feature a 75cc or 65cc combustion chamber with a 64cc exhaust port and a 3/4 in. thick head deck (ideal for nitrous or blower applications). Standard valves are lightweight, 8mm, and have a 2.020 in. intake and 1.600 in. exhaust with AFR's hardened ductile iron interlocking valve seats. The AFR 180cc Eliminator street heads' exceptional flow characteristics, 23 degree valve angle, and standard valve spacing make them the perfect street heads for 327 to 350 c.i.d. engines in the idle to 5,500 rpm operating range (higher rpm ranges are possible, depending on the combination of parts). These cylinder heads carry CARB E.O. #D-250-2 when used on 1969-94 applications with the heat riser. AFR 180cc SBC Eliminator street heads are also available for your 1987 and later engines with centerbolt valve covers and two center intake bolts at 72 degree angles, and Vortec-style cylinder heads are available, too. Their dual valve cover bolt pattern is standard and their exhaust port is raised .100 over GM L98 cylinder heads.

So, so worth it. Can't wait to fire this engine. You're going to want at least one (probably two) 3/8" NPT plugs. There are tapped water temp holes between the leftmost and next-over exhaust port of both heads. Unless, of course, you want multiple water temp senders for some reason.
