These Moroso timing pointers feature up to four degrees of adjustment for the best fit. They are manufactured from billet aluminum and have a black anodized finish applied for maximum corrosion resistance. The pointers have a unique smaller shape to hug the harmonic balancer for better, more accurate readings. The Moroso timing pointers also include Allen head, countersunk stainless steel mounting hardware for installation.

decent pointer

This pointer looks real good. The problem is it will not fit on an aluminum cover. It might fit on a stamped steel cover but I am not sure. I did a cam swap on a 79 Chevy pick up with a 350. It has an edelbrock aluminum timing chain cover. The cover is thick and curved at the mounting points. the pointer is straight at the mounting points. This caused interference and my solution was I cut away a lot of the pointers material where the interference was. The pointer could be designed with a curve to fit around the covers or could have less material in that area. ...read more
