Steve Mcqueen started out life hard he went from stealing hubcaps to landing in a boys home when his mother left him he was struggling as a little kid but as McQueen got older he went to the armed forces and spent a few years there before coming back and starring roles for plays wich then started an acting career were he starred in a lot of movies and became a well known celebrity he was heavily into engines and going fast he loved cars and motorcycles he loved to hang with friends and go riding on his dirt bikes he also had a love for performance and power he had 60 cars and motorcycles in his collection and he was known to his generation as the best actor he starred in movies like the 1968 cult film bullit were he played a sanfrisco cop chasing down two mafia men in a black 1968 dodge charger while driving a highland green mustang he also starred in the 1971 movie lemans were he was a lemans race car driver and raced the 24 hours endurance race however he starred in the movie hunter in 1980 the same year that McQueen came down with cancer and wound up sick he also passed in the year of 1980 and many people were sad and depressed over it but during his life he was a great actor/race car driver and everyone loved him especially the woman who were big fans and enthuists of steve McQueen he was a great inspiration in many lifes and still to this day he his in many fans hearts and mine as well. more
