Mallory Marine's YLU Series distributors replace original equipment marine distributors with a new, modern design. They combine the triggering device and amplifier into a single unit that sits inside the distributor housing. Designed for 12 V negative-ground systems, the YLU Series distributors feature Mallory Marine's Unilite module with no moving parts to wear out, breakerless ignition circuit, and surface-mount, Thermal-Clad construction. A simple 3-wire hookup makes installation a snap. The YLU Series distributors drive original equipment and high performance coils, including Mallory's Promaster coil.
