Bends for your custom projects.

These 120 degree mandrel bends from Hedman Hedders are great to have on hand. Not only are they great as replacement pieces, they're ideal for use in custom fabricated exhaust designs. These bends are made to provide an easy, high flow that is not restrictive like kinked designs.

Warranty

Hedman Hedders warrants their Street Headers against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This includes tube cracks, bad welds, warped flanges, etc. In addition, the HTC ceramic coating utilized on Hedman's ceramic-coated headers is warranted for 5 years from the date of purchase against chipping, peeling, fading, discoloring, and rusting. Headers subjected to improper installation, off-road use, road hazards, and the use of Thermal Wrap are void of any warranty whatsoever. The ceramic-coated headers' finish warranty is void if the headers are used on engines equipped with superchargers, turbochargers, or nitrous systems. Breaking in a new or rebuilt engine with HTC coated Hedders will void coating warranties. Hedman recommends the use of cast iron exhaust manifolds or old Hedders during the initial break-in period of approximately 20 minutes. This will avoid damage to the coating's high-luster finish. You must have at least one hour of normal engine use before you can run your engine or vehicle on a dyno. The use of NOS, superchargers, or turbochargers will void the HTC warranty.
