Radiator Relief for diesels is a specially formulated performance coolant additive that is concentrated to enhance today's large-capacity diesel cooling systems, and blended for extreme use. Radiator Relief for diesels reduces the surface tension of diesel engine coolant and maximizes the transfer of heat more efficiently from the engine to the radiator. In addition, with its special anti-foaming agent, it promotes superior coolant contact in the cylinder head to accelerate the heat transfer process. Adding DEI Radiator Relief for diesels allows engines to run up to 30 degrees cooler and reduces engine wear, which occurs during extreme temperatures and under heavy loads, such as when towing and climbing hills. Radiator Relief for diesels includes a corrosion inhibitor that balances the negative acidic effects that can develop over time in antifreeze and water solutions. It also stabilizes the pH level, which helps reduce rust and prevent electrolysis, mineral deposits, and pre-existing scale buildup from forming on the radiator, resulting in potential core damage. Radiator Relief for diesels is compatible with all types of water and antifreeze mixtures. It is also safe with all alloys (including aluminum), and is water soluble, 100 percent biodegradable, non-corrosive, and non-toxic.
