These precision-engineered Flowtech headers are leak-tested to get maximum performance and fuel economy from your engine. They're made from .049 in. cold-rolled, flash-controlled tubing and feature Flowtech's mandrel-formed Power Plenum collector. All ports are precisely fitted and finished with durable, leak-proof, O-ringed port seals. The headers are available with either a high satin black painted finish or a silver luster ceramic coating. In addition, they come with all mounting hardware, including bolts, nuts, and premium gaskets. Unless otherwise noted, these headers are designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer. This includes components like cylinder heads, chassis, steering, motor mounts, body mounts and bushings, etc. If your vehicle is using aftermarket components, parts from other applications, or custom-altered parts, then it is the installer's responsibility to verify fitment.

Problematic -- much better design req'd

These were not universal fit headers, but presumably custom hugger application specific for SBC into S10 frame. It is very diffcult if not impossible to get several spark plugs out without removing headers. Particularly, the center shared-port ones. Ones that one can requires a thin open end wrench and much effort to loosen without cracking porcelain on plug, and difficult to get rethreaded back into plug hole. Several places the supplied header bolts can't be used as impossible to get even a thin wall socket on them so a standard hex nut and wrench has to be used. i even tried Allen head studs but allen key couldn't clear the manifold to go into head of bolt. Standard plugs on most wires virtually rub against bottom of header pipes and only a matter of time even with Taylor silicone before they burn through. Front header pipe on right (passenger side) is hitting / resting on top of upper A arm. It seems if the header pipes from the mounting plate were a 1/2 to an inch longer clearance to get at header bolts, and plugs would be possible. Have issues with some leaks -- seems to be on right (passenger side) at back port -- am using two gaskets there and still some leakage. I can't say for sure that that is a fault entirely of manifold itself. Supplied gasket is the one piece one.
