These Aero Race Wheels 52 Series steel wheels are the most widely used wheels in the IMCA racing series. Since Aero manufactures all rims in-house and builds their own dies, they were able to legally reinvent the DOT safety bead hump. The bead hump has a knife edge on it to grip the tire and lock it on the rim.
