Advance Adapters, Inc. warranties most of their products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal installation, use, and service for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. They do not warranty the chrome plating on their exhaust systems, and the use of aftermarket header wrap product will void their header warranty. Exhausts and exhaust systems are not legal for sale or use on pollution-controlled motor vehicles. Products that are warranted for a longer period of time include Ranger Torque Splitters and Saturn Overdrives, which are warranted for 12 months, and Atlas Transfer Cases, which are warranted for the life of the original purchaser and are non-transferable. This lifetime guarantee covers and is limited to the Atlas Transfer Cases' gear sets and castings. The remainder of the units (i.e., shafts, bearings, gaskets, and hardware) is covered by a limited one-year warranty. Orion and Orion H.D. assemblies have a warranty for 6 months from the date of shipping. Lifetime warranties are void in the case of misuse, abuse, alterations of the product, improper installation or if the proper gear lubricants are not installed, proper oil levels are not maintained, or installation and maintenance instructions have not been followed. These guarantees do not cover any labor, shipping, normal wear, or any other unforeseen event that may occur due to the failure of a unit. Advance Adapters, Inc. cannot be held liable for any vehicle modifications, since the intended usage of all conversion components and kits is for off-highway applications only.
