Stop the Snapping with Alloy USA Axle Shaft Kits from Summit Racing Equipment
SNAP! That’s the sound of an OEM axle shaft breaking under stresses it was never designed to accommodate. Fortunately, Summit Racing offers Alloy USA Axle Shaft Kits that will fix that problem. The engineers at Alloy USA have developed, tested, and raced some fine axles and kits that will help you get dialed in for the maximum power connection both on the road and off.
Performance Rear Axle Kits
Manufactured from 1541H or 4340 steel depending on the application, Alloy USA Performance rear axles are heat-treated and induction-hardened, and have splines that are much stronger that OE-style cut splines. The shafts are then precision CNC machined and Magnaflux-inspected for cracks. Seals, bearings, and wheel studs are included. Available for Jeep Dana 35, Dana 44, and Ford 8.8 rear axles.
High-Strength Rear Axle Kits
Manufactured from 1541H or 4340 steel depending on the application, Alloy USA high-strength rear axles have all the features of the Performance axles but are heat-treated twice. That makes the High-Strength axles up to 35 percent stronger. making them up to 35 percent stronger. Seals, bearings, and wheel studs are included. Available for GM 10-bolt and 12-bolt (passenger car), Ford 8.8, Jeep AMC Model 20, and Jeep Dana 44.
